Here at Tempest Music, our unique instrument rental programme has been specially designed based on our customers’ needs and wants. This is to help them make the best decision when it comes to purchasing an instrument.
Our primary focus is finding the perfect instrument to match the player. The staff spend as much time as needed with each individual customer to determine the best instrument for their experience level and budget.
Monthly hire charges start from:

Things to know about our instrument rental programme:
Please note these prices are based off student-level instruments. We are happy to hire any quality of instrument, right up to a professional level!
- All our instruments are rented on a 12 month basis. They are brand new and come with new instrument warranty.
- All instruments are superior quality leading brands and have come recommended by professional musicians and teachers.
- All string instruments have been fully set up and include high quality strings.
- If your child has outgrown their string instrument, simply bring back the instrument and we will help them get fitted for the next size up.
- You may purchase your instrument at any time during your rental contract. Specific purchase options are available at both the 6 and 12 month points of your contract – contact us for more information.
